Why is my child not in the team?

To be able to view their own team(s) leaderboard(s) the coach needs to first add them to the team from their Coach account. Also, please check that you have set the leaderboards to view in your parent account. Log in to your account and from the 'my family' page select your child, then 'account' and you will see 'leaderboard settings'.
